A hospitality complex requires every system — structural, plumbing, electrical, acoustic, and finishing — to be coordinated before walls are sealed. Poor sequencing in hotels leads to expensive rework after occupation.
We mapped all MEP routes before any blockwork was closed. Acoustic treatment was installed during framing rather than retrofitted. Phased handover was structured around wing completion to allow soft-opening while remaining works continued.
Project ongoing. Structural frame complete. MEP rough-ins completed on ground floor. Finishing progressing on schedule for phased handover.
Why does hotel construction cost more per square meter than residential?
Hotels require redundant commercial MEP, acoustic insulation between floors, fire safety compliance, and durable hospitality-grade finishing — none of which are required in standard residential builds.
Do you handle the full fit-out including furniture selection?
We manage structural, MEP, and finishing coordination. For FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), we coordinate with the client's preferred suppliers or can recommend specialist vendors.
